Take part in our second two-stage desert adventure run. Choose from a 10k or 20k distance. Friday night the horn will sound at 7.30pm and you will head off to run your selected distance in the dark on a flat but challenging course marked with light reflective tape, then return to camp for food and fun and to prepare for the morning’s start gun to run your chosen distance over the dunes along a marked course!
Enjoy the winter weather and tranquility of the desert with your family and friends.
PS. It’s no-frills camping = no shower = prepare to get a bit stinky!
A campsite area will be designated next to the start/finish, but all camping equipment like tent, sleeping bags, grill, BBQ food/water, firewood, comfort items etc. are your own responsibility. (We have a limited number of tents kindly provided by Adventure HQ which are available on a first come first served basis – email to reserve your tent once you have registered). There is obviously the option of booking yourself a room (with shower) at the Bab Al Shams Resort, but we would love to have everyone in one place for the social aspect of it too.

GOODY BAG COLLECTION: Please collect your race bag from Sport In Life in Ras Al Khor (T: 04 2896001) between 9am and 4.30pm (up to 7.30pm on Thursday 14th) from Nov 12th-14th. Race bags will not be given on the day. Race numbers will be given on race check-in on the day.
